The 2021 Chevy Traverse Sneaks Onto This Consumer Reports List | MotorBiscuit

Three-row SUVs seem like the perfect solution for growing families. Not all of them are comfortable, however. The dreaded third row has developed quite the reputation as being the one place no one wants to be banished to on short rides, much less long ones. Not all three-row SUVs are that bad. The 2021 Chevy Traverse is one such SUV that owners can’t help but love, even if Consumer Reports wasn’t thrilled with it.

How does Consumer Reports calculate owner satisfaction?

Driving a vehicle for a few days is enough to give a critic an idea of what they think about it. In that time frame, they know how the vehicle handles curves, if it has a bumpy ride, and if the infotainment system will have you screeching because it keeps freezing up.

That doesn’t tell us what drivers who spend a large portion of their time behind the wheel think, however. That’s why Consumer Reports sends out it’s Annual Auto Survey.
